1. Refocus your business on extraordinary customer service to attract a higher caliber client in a more structured way.

2. Develop strategies and dialogues for enhancing, sorting, and prioritizing a database of local, national, and global referral clients.

3. Learn the expectations of the “new consumer” and the specific behavioral changes required of the “new referral-based agent” to meet those expectations.

4. Plan specific delivery systems designed to generate an ongoing, successful repeat and referral business.

5. Define and describe the needs and wants of repeat and referral buyers and sellers for their unique market and unique circumstances.

6. Analyze and assess the “what”, “how”, and “why” of repeat and referral clients’ needs and wants, then modify and apply those actions and behaviors to better serve their clients to increase referrals and eliminate complaints.

7. Identify a higher level of acceptable standards and habits to critique their daily activity and design steps and systems to personal improvement.

8. Increase consumer protection by assessing their skills, practices, and habits within the repeat and referral categories.

9. Design and demonstrate improved forms of consumer representation and communication.

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.

- Half Day (4 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

Half Day (4 hours) - $1,500

Student royalty fee: $25 per student for half day courses


- Full Day (8 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

Full Day (8 hours) - $3,000

Student royalty fee: $35 per student for 1-day courses


- 2 Day (16 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

2 Days (16 hours) - $6,000

Student royalty fee: $75 per student for 2-day courses
