Valencia, Spain – Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) proudly marks a significant milestone in its long-standing partnership with Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios SA (UCI), celebrating 18 years of collaboration at this year’s Inmociónate conference. This partnership has been instrumental in advancing real estate education and professional excellence in Spain.
Inmociónate, the Spain version of Sell-a-bration®, gets underway with 2024 RRC President Tricia Nekota, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), cutting the ribbon and inaugurating the event and expo alongside leaders from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and UCI. Over 60 U.S. CRS Designees join more than 1,000 CRS designees from Spain, with additional CRS Designees from Italy, Mexico, Portugal and Argentina in attendance. This two-day international event focuses on best practices, education and networking, providing a platform for real estate professionals to share insights and strategies.
RRC is thrilled to announce that 30 new CRS Designees will be pinned at a special graduation ceremony tomorrow. This ceremony not only acknowledges their dedication and hard work but also highlights the continuous growth and influence of the CRS Designation in the Spanish real estate market.
Leading RRC’s delegation at Inmociónate is Tricia Nekota joined by esteemed CRS Designees from the U.S., Europe and Latin America, underscoring the global reach and collaborative spirit of the Council community. This diversity fosters rich exchanges of ideas and best practices, enhancing the professional development of all attendees.
Looking ahead, delegations from around the globe are already planning to attend the next Sell-a-bration in Nashville, Tennessee, in March 2025. In response to growing international participation, the program will feature Spanish translation to ensure accessibility and engagement for all Spanish-speaking attendees. Registration for Sell-a-bration 2025 opens in September, offering an early opportunity for global attendees to secure their spot at this premier event.
RRC remains committed to fostering global connections and elevating the standards of the real estate profession through its educational programs and events. The partnership with UCI and the international participation at Inmociónate exemplify the council's dedication to these goals.
