Debra Beagle, CRS, is the CEO/Managing Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Advantage in Nashville TN and is known for her grit, caring leadership, commitment to service, and her proven ability to lead others through any challenges faced.

 

Debra earned her CRS in 2010, and currently serves on the 2023-2024 RRC National Board of Directors, and served on the 2018 TN RRC Board. She was awarded 2022 Realtor of the Year by the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® , and 2018 RE/MAX U.S. Broker Owner of the Year. In 2021, the Nashville Business Journal recognized her as one of Nashville’s Top Female CEOs/Executives and Woman of Influence. Debra oversees brokerage operations, 190 agents, 42 employees, and over 14,000 transactions for over $5.5 Billion in sales, leading RE/MAX’s #1 Team in the World.

 

Passionate about the importance of our industry seeking & providing the highest level of education and service to our clients, Debra believes her CRS designation is the pinnacle of our industry, recognizing excellence, expertise and knowledge. It brings together the best of the best to network, which increases our ability to grow our business, and provides education, leadership development, and business resources.  

 

Along with her CRS she has over 15 designations/certifications, is a RPAC Hall of Fame Platinum-R President’s Circle Major Investor, currently serves as State RPAC Trustee Treasurer, and NAR RPAC Participation Committee member. She previously served on the TN State Diversity & Inclusion committee, was a 2018 TN Leadership Academy Graduate, Treasurer for the local Middle TN Women’s Council of REALTORS®, & co-founded the local Nashville NAHREP Chapter. Her office also gives back to the community, raising over $600,000 in the past 6 years for Children’s Miracle Network, & is recognized as the #1 CMN single office. She is deeply devoted to her husband, two grown children, and Jackson, her beloved Yorkie. Debra and her business partner are the official realtors of the NHL’s Nashville Predators, and she is a huge hockey fan. Debra is a proven leader who is determined & committed to serving & empowering others to succeed in any market.

Julie Erickson has called Alaska home since 1982, residing in Anchorage with her husband of 37 years, Bryce. They have two wonderful daughters, Jordan & Alexi. They share a passion for downhill skiing, fishing, traveling, and showcasing Alaska's wonders to friends and family.

 

With 23 years of experience in residential real estate, Julie leads The Julie Erickson Team at RE/MAX Dynamic Properties. Her impressive credentials include CRS and CLHMS designations. Since joining RE/MAX in April 2012, her team consistently ranks among the top 10 selling teams.

 

Julie's dedication extends beyond sales. Starting her term on the Code of Conduct Committee in January 2024, she underwent Professional Standards Training, aligning herself with the committee's responsibilities. She previously served on the Leadership Development Committee, gaining valuable insights into leadership selection processes.

 

As RVP in 2020, Julie spearheaded Region 12's transition to online events during the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitating Alaska's inaugural online real estate class and fostering member connectivity. Her tenure as state president from 2018 to 2019 focused on leadership development, membership expansion, and statewide educational initiatives.

 

Julie's contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including RPAC Major Investor, Alaska CRS of the Year in 2021, the CRS National President's Award in 2020, and Rookie of the Year in 2002, underscoring her commitment to excellence. Serving as an RPAC Trustee from 2019 to 2022, she championed REALTOR® Political Action Committee contributions.

 

Before venturing into real estate, Julie spent 18 years in consumer sales. Notably, she served as a Category Analyst at Kimberly-Clark from 1992 to 2001 and as a Sales Manager at Webco Alaska from 1983 to 1992.

 

Julie's board involvements extend beyond real estate. She currently serves on the Providence Alaska Foundation Board and the NAYEN Board as Marketing and Communications Chair. Her commitment to community service is evident through her roles as Fundraising Chair and Past President on the Anchorage South Rotary Board, where her family also served as a Host Family to six exchange students. Julie pursued her education at the University of Alaska Anchorage and Mankato State University, cementing her foundation for success.

Alison Wisnom

Alison Wisnom grew up in Sylvania, Ohio, and graduated from Tulane University with degrees in Political Science and Biology. She earned an Army ROTC scholarship and served as an Army Signal Officer stationed in South Korea, Ft. Lewis, WA, deployed to El Salvador after Hurricane Mitch, and finally Ft. Meade, MD. Alison has been a Maryland resident since 1999, with a five-year stint in Hawaii.

After her military service, she owned a commercial furnishings dealership representing U.S. manufacturers, focusing on government contract sales for 12 years.

Alison noticed the trend of working from home and transitioned into real estate in 2011. She has practiced in Hawaii and Maryland, primarily focusing on military relocation. Alison has experience as a solo agent, a member of a partnership, an assistant manager, and currently serves as the Team Leader of The Collab at Coldwell Banker Realty. Their shared values include professional excellence, generous sharing, unwavering support of fair housing, and community connection. Alison has earned various sales awards, including the Top 100 Realtors in Hawaii and an assortment of Coldwell Banker production awards.

She began teaching during COVID, with her favorite topics being military relocation, the MRP certification, How to Retire from Real Estate, Ethics, and Accessory Dwelling Units.

Within the RRC, Alison is the RVP for Region 2 (NY, PA, VA, MD/DC, NJ/DE), previously serving as RVP for Region 9 (AK, WA, OR, MT, ID), and was the President of MD/DC RRC.

Her state and local association experiences include being a Presidential Appointment to the Maryland REALTORS® Executive Committee, serving on the Board of Directors for the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS®, graduating from the Maryland Leadership Academy, and winning both class awards. She has served on an assortment of committees, with her favorites being Legislative and Education. In 2022, she hosted a 200-person national real estate conference, Genuine Hustle.

While professional accolades are lovely, Alison is most honored to be loved by her husband of 25 years and her two interesting and compassionate adult children who contribute to this world. She also cherishes her ability to enjoy the outdoors through hiking, biking, feeling the sun on her face, indulging in delicious food, and seeking out as many adventures as possible.
