Addie Owens, CRS, is a top producer and CEO of Touchstone Real Estate Group, Inc., operating a brokerage, school, and referral company. She's been driven for success since starting her real estate career as an appraiser in 2005.

 

A licensed instructor, Owens channels her passion for real estate into promoting and improving the industry. She is a faculty member of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), Florida Realtors, and her own real estate school. She also teaches leadership courses for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). As a leader, she has served in various roles, including:

Her committee service primarily focuses on professional development and legislative affairs. Owens has proudly served her local association, Florida Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. At RRC, she has participated in the Career Paths and Elections Process President’s Advisory Panels and served as co-chair of RRC Education Masterminds and as a national director.

 

Owens founded the Touchstone Community First Foundation to support people facing temporary housing issues and students attending trade schools. A local leader, she currently serves on the Lake County Planning and Zoning Board and the Affordable Housing Advisory Board. She previously served as chair of the Board of Adjustments and a local Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

 

Owens enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors. She and her husband love hiking in national parks and climbing hills or rocks wherever they find them.

 

When asked why she serves RRC, she says, “I serve because I care, and I know I can make a difference. I care about our members, our customers, and the future of our industry. My career as a Realtor® has shaped me, and I am committed to helping today’s agents and future generations build a brighter future.”

Licensed since 2006, Lindsey Culver is committed to guiding clients through the home buying and selling process with integrity and dedication. She believes in the Golden Rule and strives to deliver her best every day. Recognizing the personal and financial significance of real estate transactions, Lindsey ensures her clients are well-informed at every step. A relationship builder at heart, she prioritizes exceptional communication, education, and support throughout each transaction.

 

In 2015, Lindsey teamed up with her husband, Noah, to form a powerhouse real estate team serving the Portland metro area and the Willamette Valley. Together, they have created a strong presence, helping countless clients achieve their real estate goals.

 

Lindsey is a longstanding member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) and has been active in the organization since 2006. She served as Oregon Governor from 2015 to 2016, was a campaign team member for the 2025 National Treasurer Candidate, and is a 2020 graduate of the WCR National Leadership Institute.

 

In 2021, Lindsey earned her CRS designation and began serving on the Oregon Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) Board. She quickly advanced to roles such as Finance Leader (2022-2023), President-elect (2024), and President (2025).

 

Lindsey is active in many industry organizations. She has been a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) since 2019, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) since 2023, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) since 2024. She is also a Major Investor in RPAC and part of the President’s Circle Golden R.

 

Lindsey has served on multiple National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) committees, including the Professional Development Committee (2024), REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee (2022-2023), REALTOR® Meeting and Conference Committee (2020-2022), and Housing Opportunity Committee (2018-2019). Her service with Oregon REALTORS® includes being a State Director since 2015, Chair of the Professional Development Key Committee (2021), and an ORPAC Trustee since 2022.

Ingrid Prather calls Athens, Tennessee, home. After graduating high school, she pursued a degree in communications from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, laying the foundation for a successful real estate career. Since beginning her journey in 1991, Ingrid celebrated more than two decades as the broker/owner of Premier Properties Realty in 2024.

 

Her passion for learning has evolved into a love of teaching. For 14 years, Ingrid has had the privilege of instructing and authoring real estate courses, helping Realtors grow while refining her public speaking skills.

Throughout her career, Ingrid has focused on giving back and advocating for Realtors and property owner rights. She has served on committees for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Tennessee REALTORS®, and the River Counties Association of REALTORS® (RCAR), taking on leadership roles that have shaped her professional and personal growth. Known as a team player and an effective leader with a "we’ve got this" attitude, her leadership highlights include:
